Inside Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers
2. Building relationships with the company's customers
3. Understanding customer requirements and providing insights for improving the product portfolio based on customer feedback
4. Generating references from the existing customer base to expand the sales pipeline
5. Maintaining a database of current and prospective customers
6. Operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
7. Ensuring legal and ethical compliance while conducting business at all times
8. Converting leads received through various marketing channels
9. Communicating effectively to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Advising higher management on customer needs and requirements
