About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Outbound Calls:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the services
2. Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects

II. Customer Interaction:
1. Answer incoming calls from potential customers
2. Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the products or services
3. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

III. Sales and Conversion:
1. Persuade customers to purchase products or services by demonstrating their benefits
2. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
3. Maintain a high conversion rate by efficiently closing sales deals

IV. Record-Keeping:
1. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales
2. Update CRM with customer information and sales progress

V. Feedback Collection:
1. Gather feedback from customers to improve products or services
2. Provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback

Other requirements

1. The candidate must be a graduate.

2. Proven experience as a tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.

5. A basic knowledge of computer systems and CRM software.

6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
