About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Place outbound calls to promote Vignam's educational solutions to tuition owners, school principals, and educational institutions
2. Explain the advantages and features of our products to potential clients
3. Engage in meaningful discussions to grasp the requirements and difficulties of prospective customers and align our solutions accordingly
4. Schedule appointments and meetings between potential clients and our sales team
5. Maintain thorough records of calls, interactions, and appointments in our CRM system
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights and feedback gathered from customer interactions
7. Adhere to call scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations to suit the specific needs of each potential client
8. Aim to achieve and surpass daily and weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and conversions accomplished

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per 25 successful demos generated).
