1. Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field
2. Proven experience in residential and commercial interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
5. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
