About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the preparation of pitch decks, financial models, and transaction documents for M&A, fundraising, and VC deals.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuations, company financials, and market research to support investment decisions.
3. Participate in market research, identifying industry trends, key competitors, and investment opportunities.
4. Assist in drafting presentations, investment memos, and client reports.
5. Monitor deal progress, support transaction management, and track key deliverables across multiple projects.
6. Collaborate with senior team members on negotiations, deal structuring, and closing processes.
7. Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and relevant financial news affecting the investment landscape.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
2. Strong interest in M&A, venture capital, private equity, and fundraising activities.
3. Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
5. Strong attention to detail, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
