You will support our IT department with various tasks and projects as an IT Intern. This role is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to different aspects of IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and support.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on data management of hard disk.
2. Assisting in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
3. Providing technical support to end users both remotely and on-site.
4. Helping with the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
5. Assisting with the installation and maintenance of software applications.
6. Documenting and tracking IT issues and resolutions.
7. Assisting with inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.

2. can start the internship between 12th Sep'24 and 17th Oct'24
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
2. Troubleshooting hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals).
3. Installing and maintaining software.
4. Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, LAN).
5. Remote support tools (e.g., remote desktop).
6. Data backup and recovery basics.
7. Familiarity with IT inventory management tools.
