About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Responding and resolving the support requests and service tickets
2. Monitoring systems, software, and hardware and identifying the network issues, and resolving them quickly
3. Prioritizing and working on client issues without disturbing their workflow
4. Overseeing the accounting of licenses on each PC and server and taking care of the procurement of licenses, installation, tracking, and other details to make sure that the software components have a valid license
5. Providing monthly purchase, inventory consumption, and other details to the finance department
