About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating and informing clients about the IT requirements
2. Ensuring installation prerequisites to be completed at the client site
3. Configuring and calibrating devices to ensure utmost accuracy
4. Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call
5. Troubleshooting product-related issues and escalate to the international support team for resolution
6. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues
7. Taking the ownership of the cases and driving them until issue/s are completely resolved and the customers are satisfied with the resolution
8. Installation and troubleshooting of office IT products (laptops, desktop, printers, etc)
