Junior Science Research Fresher Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop stable and robust formulations across various skin care products.
2. Conduct daily experiments as per the project plan.
3. Create various personal care formulations, including rinse-off and leave-on skin and body care products.
4. Perform literature research, benchmark studies, and evaluations of different skin care formulations.
5. Optimize processes and formulations for cost benefits.
6. Review daily results and implement corrective actions.
7. Perform stability studies following regulatory and ICH guidelines.
8. Document experimentation results in a standard format.
