Selected intern's on day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop company policies and position on legal issues
2. Consult and handle all corporate legal processes
3. Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
4. Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
5. Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
6. Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
7. Assist the lawyers
