About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Outreach & Engagement: Proactively connect with potential freelancers via calls, messages, and emails to introduce them to SnapFind and onboard them to our platform.
2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with freelancers, acting as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and support.
3. Lead Generation: Work closely with freelancers to generate targeted candidate leads that align with our clients' hiring needs.
4. Query Resolution: Address and resolve freelancers' queries, doubts, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
5. Performance Tracking: Monitor the quality and quantity of candidate leads generated, providing feedback and support to freelancers to improve outcomes.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress, reporting on engagement metrics and lead generation targets.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 600000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per closure).
