The role combines technical skills with management. This is a full-time on-site internship for 6 months. As an intern and as a growing startup, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, gaining hands-on experience in multiple functions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Engage in outreach to both current customers and potential leads while keeping track of interactions for effective communication
2. Create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and generate leads
3. Conduct product demonstrations that effectively communicate the technical and operational advantages of the application
4. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for our website, blog, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms
5. Deliver expert-level technical support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to product usage
6. Help with the smooth setup and launch of the application for clients
7. Collect feedback, address any concerns and ensure customer satisfaction post-installation of the product
