Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the organization
2. Help coordinate and schedule interviews with potential candidates
3. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation
4. Assist in maintaining and updating HR databases and systems
5. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
6. Prepare reports and presentations on recruitment metrics and trends
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR department
