About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Researching to analyze industry trends, competitor landscapes, and market dynamics relevant to HR Anexi.
2. Identifying key opportunities and challenges that impact our clients' ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
3. Utilizing a variety of sources, including industry reports, market surveys, and online databases, to gather quantitative and qualitative data related to HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
4. Using analysis techniques and visualization tools to present findings clearly and compellingly in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.
5. Enhancing our database by conducting thorough research by adding the names, email, and phone numbers of the relevant HR stakeholders from across the industry.
