b. Parameters: brand name, size, rent, footfall, AOV
3. Area Density Assessment:
a. Outcome: understanding demographics
b. Parameters: society name, flats, occupancy, RWA status
4. Doctors/Clinics Profiling:
a. Outcome: understanding healthcare services
b. Parameters: name, specialty, OPD days, patients, qualifications
5. Hospital Analysis:
a. Outcome: understanding healthcare infrastructure
b. Parameters: hospital name, beds, doctors, specialties, patient visits
6. Labs Evaluation:
a. Outcome: assessing diagnostic demand
b. Parameters: walk-ins, home collections, AOV, daily business, popular tests, employees
