About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for creating and managing engaging content for the website and marketing platforms/channels such as blogs, newsletters, and press releases, aiming to enhance user interaction and engagement through high rates of likes, follows, shares, open rates, click-through rates, positive customer responses, ratings, and reviews.
2. Manage and maintain the company's website pages.
3. Work on content strategies in collaboration with product specialists.
4. Interact and collaborate effectively with internal and external subject-matter experts to validate information from specialist teams.
5. Track competitive content and strategies based on insights and research, and define relevant content topics that resonate with target audiences.
6. Create product descriptions, brand support material, and informative short articles.
7. Ensure the quality, accuracy, and correctness of written web content and articles across all web properties, making sure content is reader-friendly and keyword-friendly.
8. Maintain consistency in messaging through language, grammar, meaning, and tonality across all web properties.
9. Identify, analyze, and evaluate content pain points, and adjust communication strategies, plans, and tactics in response to market trends.
10. Moderate user-generated content such as messages, posts, product reviews, and Twitter replies as needed.
11. Independently balance multiple concurrent assignments with shifting priorities.
