Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the team in executing various campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention
2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis
3. Assist with lead generation activities including cold calling, email outreach, and social media outreach
Requirements:
1. Strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
5. Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per sale).
