ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Conduct market research on industry trends and potential clients within the Banking, NBFC, and FinTech sectors. Analyze financial and market data to identify growth opportunities for distressed asset transactions.
2. Identify potential leads by establishing relationships with financial institutions where the firm can offer financial advisory services related to the sale of stressed loans.
3. Support institutional client engagements, including participation in client meetings and presentations, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clientele.
4. Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as pitchbooks, presentations, and digital content for social media, while assisting in the organization of promotional campaigns or events.
5. Assist in the creation of sales proposals, and transaction pitches, and manage follow-ups by monitoring and tracking prospective sales leads.
6. Lead negotiations with lenders to secure mandates, address any concerns, and successfully close deals by obtaining formal commitments and agreements from financial institutions.
