1. Working with the marketing team to refine media strategy and helping in the execution of the same.
2. Assisting in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram).
3. Working on campaign management and executing marketing campaign timelines.
4. Preparing daily reports to track the ad-edit ratio of newspapers.
5. Handling competition & market analysis.
6. Create PR (Purchase Requisition) in the SAP system.
7. Follow up on PO (Purchase Order) with the internal finance team.
8. Invoicing, processing payments, and taking approval from senior management.
9. Coordination with the brand finance team.
10. Maintain the MIS in Excel with each cost entry received in the mail.
11. Maintain a final cost sheet to be discussed with the Brand Managers for each market, respectively.
12. Handle the office operations or any other assignments as may be given to you from time to time.
13. Vendor Management.
