1. Develop and implement new initiatives for incubation service offerings to entrepreneurs & start-ups
2. Contact outreach, hunt and attract deserving and qualified innovative entrepreneurs, and start-ups
3. Grow the brand equity of the incubator forum.
4. Assist entrepreneurs in proposal writing, pitch deck, business development, fundraising as well as relevant linkages to established companies for business opportunities
5. Organize training programs through workshop, mentorship, networking, seminars, etc.
6. Develop and leverage industry, academics, investors & institutional network for the benefit of the incubation program
7. Develop & manage a network of entrepreneurs, start-ups, mentors, institutions, funding agencies, investors and industries
8. Ensure the development of appropriate marketing material to promote incubated companies
9. Organize events to facilitate collaborations, technology tie-up, business development
10. Manage outreach communications, e.g. website, newsletter, social media, digital marketing, PR, etc.
11. Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
12. Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness
AIC IIITKottayam Foundation, the incubation center, is a non-profit Section 8 company. It is sanctioned under the Atal Innovation Mission scheme of the Government of India. The center will address the existing problems of entrepreneurs by providing them with sufficient input in terms of knowledge, guidance, mentoring, training, and demonstrations. In addition, space and facilities will be provided to them. The center will incubate customers to increase the utility of technology relating to IoT and Cloud solutions for societal benefits.
