About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contribute to the design and development of casings and packaging for motor controller units (MCUs).
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the designed components.
3. Utilize 3D modeling software to create detailed and accurate designs of mechanical components.
5. Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure the structural integrity and thermal performance of designs.
6. Assist in the development of prototypes for testing and validation purposes.
7. Work closely with engineers to refine designs based on prototype testing results.
8. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of production processes.
9. Provide support in addressing manufacturing challenges and optimizing designs for production.
10. Document the entire design process, including specifications, drawings, and design decisions.
11. Maintain comprehensive records of design iterations and improvements.
