Office Assistance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling phone calls from the official phone and forwarding/ directing calls to the concerned team member
2. Assisting in managing documentation of existing clients and new clients, updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
3. Greeting and receiving clients and visitors as needed at the reception area
4. Assisting in organize and maintain office common areas with the help of housekeeping
5. Running outdoor errands if any and representing Mewo at certain places for collection of important documents
6. Coordinating events as necessary
7. Drafting notices, letters and small communication
8. Assisting in maintaining supply inventory
9. Coordinating with vendors for delivery of products/ requirements
10. Maintaining office equipment as needed
11. Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases
