Offline Business Development Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with existing partnered pharma and retail stores to increase merchandising, awareness, and promotions and drive sales across these centers/stores
2. New business development with doctors to subscribe core subscription and prescribe Active Foods products
3. New business development with pharma stores & retail outlets to ensure active food products are well promoted with high sales throughput
4. Complete product training of the entire active foods portfolio and core subscription product

Note:

1. Stipend during the internship period:
2. Fixed: 15,000/month
3. Incentive from existing stores: 5% of the sale value (purchase order value)
4. Incentive from new stores: 10% of the sale value (purchase order value)
5. Incentive on new doctor deals: 10% of their code-based revenue
6. Travel is to be borne by the interns themselves
7. No upper cap on incentives for an intern
8. The best-performing intern will also get a pre-placement interview option
9. This will help enable the intern to be eligible for an interview with the CEO and work with Sugar.fit in a full-time role after his/her college
10. Work timings can be anywhere between 7 AM - 9 PM but not more than 9 hours per day (Work timings decided by the reporting manager)
