About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meeting and exceeding sales targets
2. Visiting popular industrial areas across Bengaluru to generate and convert leads
3. Traveling all around Bangalore with one mission: to convert the client to a long-term or short-term customer.
4. Successfully creating a business from new and existing customer accounts
5. Managing negotiations with senior-level executives and local clients from large and small companies across Karnataka especially, and in some cases India too
6. Building rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
7. Using innovative and tech-savvy means to create and convert leads
8. Learning basic information about our machines and their applications to help you sell (No detailed knowledge about this industry is required to excel at this job, but it helps)
9. Using market research, and traditional & modern marketing techniques to understand the customer better and strategize ways to grow the business
10. Working as a professional, all-round, multi-skilled, and lingual consultant of the company

Qualifications and education requirements:

1. Possess good communication skills and MUST speak Kannada
2. Should be a current student or recent graduate/post-graduate in any business management/B.com/MBA/Mech. Engineering fields. This post is suitable for someone in the engineering/science field who may be looking for a switch/combination into a sales/business field, or who has a natural interest in the working of real-world applications of various machines.

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

1. Kannada speaking proficiency is a must-have

2. Willingness to travel around Bangalore to learn real-world selling & negotiation

3. Those with 2-wheelers will be preferred (not compulsory) - we cover your traveling expenses
