Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1.Conduct follow-up calls with participants, vendors, ensuring event details are clear and any questions are answered.
2. Maintain and update event databases, and prepare digital materials such as itineraries, presentations, and reports.
3. Must love to travel PAN India (Company will bear the cost). Must be very quick, fast and active.
4. If need be Arrange and book travel accommodations for event attendees, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while ensuring all logistics are confirmed.
5. Assist with organizing event logistics such as venue setup, on-site coordination, and managing technical requirements like audio-visual setups.
6. Video editing knowledge will be highly considered.
