Engagement with Customers:

Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, and online chats.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide assistance as needed.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Online Sales Handling:

Manage the online sales platform(s) for Karoli Treats.
Update product listings, descriptions, and prices as needed.
Process online orders, manage inventory, and coordinate shipping and delivery.
Sales Growth in Different Countries:

Research and identify potential markets for expansion in different countries.
Develop strategies to increase sales and brand presence in the identified markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor marketing and promotional activities for targeted countries.
Monitor and analyze sales performance in different regions and adjust strategies accordingly to drive growth.
Remember, flexibility and adaptability are key in any role. The intern may also need to collaborate with other team members, participate in team meetings, and assist with additional tasks or projects as required to support the overall goals of the company.
