Operations & Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support cross-functional teams as needed to meet company objectives and goals
2. Managing and organizing files, documents, and royalty records
3. Maintain constant communication with center managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
4. Manage data collection for updating the metrics to achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
5. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to operational activities
6. Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
8. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and within budget
