About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling incoming and outgoing calls
2. Providing prompt and courteous assistance to callers, addressing customer inquiries, and providing relevant information
3. Transferring calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed
4. Calling on leads to identify prospects and navigating them through the qualification process to identify decision-makers
5. Making outbound customer calls to promote and sell a product or service (making 75-80 outbound calls a day)
6. Creating, maintaining, and updating a database of customers with complete information and emails
7. Recording outbound call history and customer responses in detail
8. Ensuring continuous customer follow-up
9. Sending or emailing product literature, brochures, catalogues, and other materials
10. Understanding customer business requirements and responding to customer inquiries to resolve them
