We are seeking a talented and ambitious BBA / MBA candidate with a passion for digital marketing to join our team as a digital marketing intern. This internship will provide hands-on experience in executing digital marketing strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing to the overall growth of our brand.
1. Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
2. Create engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, and email newsletters to attract and retain our target audience.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital marketing.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and provide insights for optimization.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to support integrated marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence.
7. Assist in administrative tasks related to digital marketing, such as maintaining content calendars, scheduling posts, and updating website content.
8. Establish connections with Training and Placement Officers (TPOs) and Principals at ITIs and Polytechnic Institutes through phone outreach to introduce our services and cultivate partnerships.

Other requirements
1. I am currently pursuing an MBA with a focus on marketing or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to different audiences.
4. an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
5. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Mailchimp).
6. A creative thinker with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
