1. Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory)
2. Preferably proven experience in fashion merchandising or a similar role in the fashion industry (not mandatory)
3. Strong understanding of the fashion accessories
4. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to foster and maintain relationships
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
7. Excellent organizational and project management skills
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office
