2. Interview Coordination and Support:
a. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
b. Prepare interview materials, such as interview guides and candidate profiles
c. Participate in interviews, either as an observer or interviewer, to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit within the organization
3. Administrative Support:
