2. Coordinating with internal & external stakeholders, be it with hiring managers, interviewers, or candidates
3. Managing the interview process: scheduling, managing Google calendars, and keeping everyone in the loop
4. Sourcing profiles & conduct preliminary calls
5. Taking care of the onboarding process for new joiners
