Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Training Program Development:
1. Collaborate with HR team members to design and develop onboarding training programs for new employees
2. Create engaging training materials, including presentations and handouts

II. Training Delivery:
1. Conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees, both in-person and virtually
2. Deliver presentations and facilitate discussions to ensure understanding of key concepts and policies

III. Onboarding Support:
1. Assist in coordinating onboarding activities and schedules for new employees
2. Ensure that new hires have access to necessary resources, such as software systems and employee handbooks

IV. Documentation and Reporting:
1. Maintain accurate records of training sessions and attendance
2. Prepare reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the onboarding training program
3. Analyze feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement
