About part time job/internship

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources operations, contribute to the development of efficient HR procedures, and support our team in achieving organizational objectives. This internship offers valuable insight into the field of HR, with exposure to performance management practices and operational optimization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the implementation and administration of our performance management system and collaborate with HR team members to ensure the system aligns with organizational goals and objectives
2. Work closely with HR professionals to analyze current HR processes and identify areas for improvement, participate in the development and documentation of streamlined procedures and workflows, and support the automation of repetitive tasks and documentation management to enhance operational efficiency
3. Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed, assist in maintaining accurate employee records and databases, and handle ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by HR managers to support departmental objectives

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field

2. Strong interest in HR operations, performance management, and process improvement

3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

5. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment

7. Prior internship or relevant experience in HR is a plus
