About part time job/internship
Penned Peeps, founded in 2017, is an events & entertainment startup that has organized open mics, talent hunts, college festivals, art & craft workshops, and community events. We are looking for a young social media manager and content creator who can pitch innovative ideas and bring dynamic creativity to our social media presence.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand Instagram algorithms and be aware of the latest catchy trends.
2. Design & implement unique marketing strategies based on these trends. Knowledge of the content calendar is critical.
3. Capture amazing photos and videos with the objective of producing entertaining content (reels, stories, polls, etc.) on Instagram.
4. creating reels, editing images, and graphic designing (Canva).
5. Own and execute the content creation process, from capturing beautiful moments in our events to delivering final output on social media.
6. Respond to comments, questions, and messages received on different platforms.

We also collaborated with schools and colleges to organize annual festivals and cultural events. Recently, we've expanded our services to artist management as well to serve the community of wonderful artists curated over the last six years. Now we are diversifying into other cultural events and trying to bring innovative ideas to the industry of events & entertainment.
