Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve community growth and engagement
2. Assist in recruiting new members, develop strategies to attract and retain them, and grow the overall community size
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
4. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth
5. Attend up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 mins each on Google Meet with progress updates

1. Strong leadership skills with a passion for empowering others
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related fields
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
5. Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
