3. Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in MS Excel for future reference
4. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure maximum conversion rates
5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals set by the management
6. Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse audience
7. Learn and adapt to different sales techniques and strategies to improve your telecalling skills
