1. Business development: Research, identify, and onboard new partners for rewards and ad campaigns while supporting negotiations and agreement closures. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure satisfaction and explore further collaboration opportunities.
2. Rewards and partnership operations: Manage the execution and optimization of rewards programs and partner campaigns on CheQ. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver rewards and execute partnership campaigns effectively. Monitor campaign performance, provide insights for improvement, and handle customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
3. Process improvement: Optimize rewards and ads operations for efficiency while collaborating on projects to scale and enhance strategy.
