Performance Marketing - Meta Internship

Position: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Chhattarpur, Delhi
Duration: 6 months

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Campaign Support: Assist in executing and managing paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
2. Ad Creative & Copywriting: Collaborate on creating ad copy and visuals, and conduct A/B testing for optimization.
3. Audience Targeting & Research: Help with research and setup of segmented and retargeting audiences.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
5. Keyword Research: Assist in keyword optimization and identifying opportunities for campaign improvement.
6. Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and provide insights on digital marketing strategies.
7. Learning & Development: Work with senior marketers and gain experience with digital marketing tools.

Requirements:

1. Currently, pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2. Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms (preferred).
Strong analytical skills and a passion for digital marketing.
3. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
