Post Sales Internship

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in onboarding new clients, providing essential information for successful product use
2. Offer ongoing support to resolve post-sales issues
3. Manage collection of outstanding amounts, ensuring timely payments through various communication channels
4. Develop recovery strategies in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and payment statuses
6. Prepare reports on fee collection and client satisfaction metrics
7. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for payment and product-related concerns
8. Collaborate with sales, finance, and customer service teams for seamless transitions in processes

Requirements:

1. Pursue or recently complete a degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
2. Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Understand financial processes
4. Exhibit detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
5. Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
