About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Market Research and Analysis:
1. Conduct market research to identify emerging cyber security trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
2. Analyze market data to provide insights that will guide product development and positioning
b. Product Development Support:
1. Assist in defining product requirements, specifications, and features based on market research and customer feedback
2. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
c. User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our cyber security solutions
d. Documentation and Communication:
1. Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical documentation
2. Communicate product updates and features to internal teams and external stakeholders
e. Testing and Quality Assurance: Support the testing process to ensure product quality, identify bugs, and suggest improvements
f. Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates
g. Customer Support and Feedback: Collaborate with customer support teams to gather user feedback and insights for continuous product improvement
