Join our dynamic team .In this pivotal role, you will collaborate directly with the Managing Director/CEO on transformative projects that are reshaping the education landscape. As a vital contributor, you will engage in product development, market analysis, and strategic project management, where your insights will be instrumental in crafting innovative solutions for high achievers. This internship represents a unique opportunity to elevate your problem-solving skills, enhance your communication prowess, and refine your strategic thinking, all while gaining invaluable real-world experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the team and Managing Director/CEO to identify and execute initiatives that align with the company's goals, including researching market trends, conducting competitive analysis, and proposing innovative strategies
2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitive trends
3. Collaborate with the team on the design and development of products for academic achievers
4. Assist in organising user testing sessions and analysing feedback for product improvements
5. Help manage the product roadmap and prioritise features based on strategic goals
6. Prepare and present product updates and status reports to stakeholders
7. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success
9. Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications and requirements
10. Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancement

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management Studies (BMS), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field

2. Achieved a minimum of 90% marks in Class 10th and Class 12th examinations.

3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities

5. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for product management

6. Ability to work effectively in both team environments and independently
