About the internship
As a product intern at Faclon Labs, you will play a crucial role in the development, launch, and management of our AI and IoT products. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will contribute to shaping the future of AIoT.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the product team to define and refine product requirements, features, and specifications for new AI and IoT solutions
2. Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer feedback analysis to identify trends, market opportunities, and user needs
3. Assist in developing product roadmaps and strategies based on market insights and business goals
4. Support project planning and execution by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely delivery of AIoT products
5. Coordinate and participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with industry standards
6. Create and maintain product documentation including user manuals, technical specifications, and release notes
7. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align product development efforts and ensure a seamless product launch
8. Provide technical support to customers, addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback for product improvement
9. Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for internal teams, customers, and partners
