1. Assist in developing and implementing programs like MBA and PGDM to support our mission of empowering individuals through education and skill-building
2. Provide guidance and support to MBA and PGDM aspirants, helping them navigate challenges while selecting the best college and reaching their goals
3. Collaborate with team members to create and deliver engaging workshops, seminars, and events for program aspirants
4. Collect and analyze data to track program outcomes and make informed decisions for continuous improvement
5. Assist with program marketing and recruitment efforts to attract new participants and expand our reach
6. Serve as a positive role model and mentor to program participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment
7. Contribute to the overall success of the program by actively participating in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and other organizational activities

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per final admission ).
