As a Program Management Intern, you'll partner directly with our Managing Director/CEO to drive strategic initiatives and contribute to multiple high-impact projects. You'll conduct in-depth market analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist in planning and execution, all while honing your multitasking skills. This hands-on role provides you with the opportunity to shape innovative strategies and drive program success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that align with company goals.
3. Assist in planning and executing multiple projects to support strategic initiatives.
4. Maintain integrated program timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
5. Allocate resources across teams for successful project execution.
6. Monitor task progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and addressing challenges.
7. Identify risks and collaborate on effective mitigation strategies.
8. Foster team communication to improve efficiency and resolve issues.
9. Analyze data to assess program performance and suggest improvements.
10. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate status and recommendations to leadership.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (BBA), Business
2. Management Studies (BMS), or a related field (currently pursuing or recently
3. completed with 90%+ academic performance).
4. Knowledge of project management methodologies; completion of a project management course is a plus.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for task tracking and reporting.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
7. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
8. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
9. Basic understanding of project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
