Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
2.Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, outlining key milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
3.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
4.Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.
5.Identify and manage project risks, implementing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
6.Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing clear insights and updates.
7.Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure that projects remain within budgetary constraints.
8.Facilitate team meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to improve project processes and outcomes.
9.Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise and implement corrective actions.
10.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope.
