R&D - Personal Care Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on new product development (personal care)
2. Conducting market research for new products
3. Assisting the R&D team in product development
4. Writing technical content for the new products
5. Reviewing labels as per the checklist
6. Conducting sensory evaluation for every new product
7. Analyzing and generating a detailed report for it
8. Working on vendor and MFG sourcing
9. Searching for potential RM vendors and manufacturers
10. Coordinating with them for new products & ongoing developments
11. Conducting the Cx call on behalf of the R&D team
12. Analyzing and generating a detailed report for it
13. Coordinating with the Cx team as per the requirement
