About the internship

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented talent acquisition associate to join our team. This role combines recruitment and legal support functions, requiring a strong analytical mind and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles within the organization
2. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents and contracts
3. Conduct industry research to identify recruitment trends and legal best practices
4. Analyze recruitment data to inform strategic decision-making
5. Collaborate with hiring managers and legal teams to ensure efficient processes
6. Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
7. Participate in ongoing professional development activities
