4. Utilize MS-Office to maintain candidate profiles and track recruitment metrics.
5. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on various platforms.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
7. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new recruitment strategies.
