About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
2. Perform initial screenings of resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
3. Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
5. Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company and role.
6. Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the interview process.
7. Database Management: Update and maintain the candidate database and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and current information.
8. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports on recruitment activities.
9. Client Support: Assist in understanding client requirements and job specifications.
10. Communicate with clients to arrange candidate interviews and gather feedback.
11. Support the recruitment team in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
12. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitor activities.
13. Assist in identifying new recruitment opportunities and potential clients.
14. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing job descriptions, offer letters, and other documentation.
15. Handle candidate inquiries and provide timely responses.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Familiarity with social media platforms and online recruitment tools is a plus.
